It is always nice to hear that pitchers and catchers report for spring training in a few short weeks. That is certainly more reliable than a groundhog to tell us that spring is on the way. Over the winter months it has been business as usual around the city building. We did welcome one new face on City Council, Mr. David Leonard. Dave will serve on our Police Authority Board and also as an alternate on the Planning Development Services Council.
