Click Here to View the Draft Agenda The Regular City Council Meeting will be held on Monday, February 14th at 7PM.  There will be a video conference with Mr. Daniel Lauber on Sober Living Homes.  The meeting will be held in person in the Council Chambers of the City Building located at 9 Buttermilk Pike, Lakeside Park, KY. If you are unable to attend the meeting, it is available to view on Spectrum Channel 200 or Cincinnati Bell Channel 819. It is also available on TBNK's Live Facebook Feed or view on TBNK's ROKU channel or view on the web at http://www.tbnk.org/togo3 The next regular Council Meeting is scheduled for Monday, March 14th at 7pm.

  Here is Mr. Tim Theissen’s (PDS Legal Counsel) memo on the Sober Living/Oxford House issues. Click here to view Memorandum The Appendix with supporting documentation to this memo is a large file. Click here to view Appendix    This contains the opinion of PDS legal Counsel.  Please understand that not every attorney is going to agree with it. The point of the memo is to offer an opinion along with an Appendix that provides all the background information that City attorneys can use to provide guidance to their clients. There are aspects of these facilities that have not been tested in the courts.
