The point of the memo is to offer an opinion along with an Appendix that provides all the background information that City attorneys can use to provide guidance to their clients. There are aspects of these facilities that have not been tested in the courts.

Have you been interested in Local Government, but don't know where to start? Lakeside Park needs YOU! The City Council is looking to fill the unexpired term of Councilman Matt Stegman. Interested applicants must be at least 18 years of age, MUST have lived in the City of Lakeside Park for at least one year prior to the appointment, be a qualified voter in the City and reside in the city for the length of the term. Please send a letter of interest to Mayor Jansing @ djansing@cityoflakesidepark.com by no later than 4:00 PM on December 3, 2021. City Council Meetings take place on the second Monday of each month. The upcoming meeting will be on Monday, December 13th at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers.
