Behringer-Crawford Museum 1600 Montague Road, Covington, KY City of Lakeside Park / Fort Mitchell Day at Behringer-Crawford Museum is Sunday, December 19 from 1:00pm - 5:00pm. Free admission for residents of  Lakeside Park and Fort Mitchell to experience Holiday Traditions, including the trains and LEGO exhibits. NEW COUNCIL MEMBER NEEDED

Have you been interested in Local Government, but don't know where to start? Lakeside Park needs YOU! The City Council is looking to fill the unexpired term of Councilman Matt Stegman. Interested applicants must be at least 18 years of age, MUST have lived in the City of Lakeside Park for at least one year prior to the appointment, be a qualified voter in the City and reside in the city for the length of the term. Please send a letter of interest to Mayor Jansing @ djansing@cityoflakesidepark.com by no later than 4:00 PM on December 3, 2021.  City Council Meetings take place on the second Monday of each month. The upcoming meeting will be on Monday, December 13th at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers.

2021 Property Tax Bills Have Been Mailed

Property Tax Bills have been mailed. All payments must be postmarked NO LATER than December 31st to be paid in full without delinquency. If you ESCROW, the bill needs to be forwarded to your Mortgage company.  Payments can be made at the Lakeside Park City Building at 9 Buttermilk Pike . Check and Cash (exact change only) are accepted. We do not accept payment by credit card.  If the Office is closed, payments can be left in the Lock Box, located next to the front entrance and will be posted on the next business day. November Regular Council Meeting & Agenda

Click Here to View  the Draft Agenda The Regular City Council Meeting will be held on Monday, November 8th at 7PM.  The meeting will be held in person in the Council Chambers of the City Building located at 9 Buttermilk Pike, Lakeside Park, KY. Social Distancing and mask wearing will be in place due to the current spike in COVID-19. If you are unable to attend the meeting, it is available to view on Spectrum Channel 200 or Cincinnati Bell Channel 819. Public Hearing - Board of Adjustments

The Lakeside Park Board of Adjustments will continue to conduct a public hearing that began on Monday, November 1, 2021 at 6:45 pm in the Lakeside Park City Building at 9 Buttermilk Pike, Lakeside Park, KY. The hearing will continue on Monday, December 6, 2021 at 6:45 pm in the City Building. The purpose of this hearing concerns a requested variance for the side setback for the property located at 2546 Dixie Highway. Click here to view Appendix    This contains the opinion of PDS legal Counsel.  Please understand that not every attorney is going to agree with it. The point of the memo is to offer an opinion along with an Appendix that provides all the background information that City attorneys can use to provide guidance to their clients. There are aspects of these facilities that have not been tested in the courts.
