The City Property Tax Bills are out. You will be receiving it in the next day or so. If you do not receive it but normally do, please contact the City Building at (859) 341-6670. The taxes have not increased. In fact, if you pay for your trash and recycling at the same time, you will notice that the costs have gone down by $23.00.

The bills are due and payable on or before December 31, 2014 to avoid any penalty and interest. We do not accept credit cards.

You may view your property tax information by clicking on the "Legal & Finance" tab on the left of the screen and then go to the bottom of the drop down.

Thank you so much for your assistance and cooperation.

Dear Residents,

By this time you should have received one or two letters from Service Line Warranty of America concerning the 100% VOLUNTARY program. If this is something that you are interested in or may think you would benefit from and have not received a letter explaining the program, please feel free to call them direct at (866) 922-9006 and tell them you are a resident of Lakeside Park.

Mayor David Jansing

Dear Residents,

Often times is appears that some of our residents are confused concerning the differences in our City Ordinances and our Zoning Ordinances. Our City Ordinances can be viewed by clicking on the Legal & Finance link located on the left side of the home page. Zoning Ordinances however are different. To view zoning ordinances for any City in Kenton County, go to and follow the steps as directed or click here for our zoning ordinances.

This time of the year we receive requests for information concerning storage sheds, swimming pools, etc. All of this information is contained in the Zoning Ordinances.

If you are unsure of an ordinance please call the City Building for City Ordinances (341-6670) or NKAPC ( 331-8980)  for Zoning Ordinances. Some one will be able to assist you.

Thank you,

David E. Jansing, Mayor
